Two Somerset County establishments cited
Two Somerset County establishments were cited by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for liquor law violations.
Police said Mama T’s Tavern in Salisbury sold alcohol to a 19-year-old minor during a supervised age compliance check on Aug. 18. The bureau also cited Meyersdale Lodge No. 76 Loyal Order of Moose for failing to submit annual reports to the state Department of Revenue and for failing to report a manager/steward change.
The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who may impose financial penalties, suspend or revoke an establishment’s license or mandate training.
