Mason County Central expels student allegedly responsible for bomb threat

SCOTTVILLE — The Mason County Central Board of Education has expelled the student allegedly responsible for the Nov. 30 bomb threat at MCC middle school from all Michigan schools for at least 180 days.

The decision came unanimously from the MCC school board, which discussed disciplinary measures in closed session before voting on punishment at Monday’s school board meeting.
