Havasu 95 Speedway releases schedule
Havasu 95 Speedway released its 2018-19 racing schedule on Monday, opening its season with a night race on Sept. 29.
The 1/4-mile track at SARA Park will host the Southwest Tour Trucks championship on the last Saturday of September, opening a 14-race schedule.
Lucas Oil Modifieds will venture to the track on Oct. 27 and there will be 100-lap late model races on Nov. 24 and Feb. 23. There will also be two twin 50 late modle races.
The late model championship will be held on Feb. 23 in a night race that will also host a championship for bandoleros, one of six bandoleros races of the season.
Street stocks are scheduled to race 10 times, with a 75-lap race on Jan. 19 and the championship on April 13. Outlaw karts will also hold their championship on April 13, the last of 10 races for the division.
Factory stocks will run 12 times beginning with the opener on Sept. 29 and ending with the championship on April 20. There will also be four pony stocks races, three races for vintage sprints and midgets, a pair of legends races and races for trucks, late model trucks and tough trucks.
The final race of the season, on April 20 will also feature a monster truck show and a waterless boat race.
