Disorderly conduct arrest in backcountry

GREENWICH — Samuel Graff, 23, of Stag Lane, Greenwich, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday night. Graff came to the attention of police after a 911 hang-up, and he was subsequently charged with a criminal violation in connection with an altercation.

At police headquarters, according to the arrest report, Graff refused to be finger-printed, leading to another charge. He was also yelling at officers and flipped over a table and threw a chair at the police station, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $1,500.
