AKRON, Ohio -- Police are searching for an unidentified burglar who broke into a car dealership and stole cars sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

The burglar broke out a front window of Globe Auto Center on East Avenue near Clearview Avenue in the city’s Kenmore neighborhood, Akron police Lt. Rick Edwards said.

The burglar stole 15 sets of keys and took three cars off of the lot, a police report says.

Police recovered one of the cars, a white 2011 Jetta, at Clearview Avenue and 13th Street SW, the report says.

A 2015 gray four-door Mazda and a 2015 white, four-door Kia Optima are still missing, police said.

No suspects have been identified, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the department at 330-375-2552.
