Mary C. Zybak, 68, of Manteno, passed away Thursday (Nov. 22, 2018) at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.
She was born Jan. 21, 1950, in Manteno, the daughter of Robert and Mary Connor Weigt. Mary married Thomas Zybak on March 9, 1985, in Deselm.
Mary had retired from working at Bennett Industries.
She was a member of Manteno United Methodist Church. Mary enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, traveling and spending time with her grandkids. She was a talented artist.
Surviving are her husband, of Manteno; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Jr. and Kimberly Simeur, of Manteno; daughters and sons-in-law, Kristina Skyberg-Simeur, of Manteno, and Meliny and Corey Senholtz, of Manteno; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joey Sanfratello, Bobby Weigt, Fred and Soncha Weigt, Mickey Weigt, and Kurt and Michelle Weigt; sisters and brothers-in-law, Claudia and Larry Ladewig, Louise Bertram, Gretchen and Don Schubert Shubert and Hedi Weigt; grandchildren, Matthew Simeur, Noel and Brandon Winkelbauer, Joshua Simeur, Kayla Skyberg, McKenna Skyberg, Madysen Yeates, Mason Senholtz, Nash Simeur and Bodhi Simeur; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Callie and Caden Winkelbauer and Amelia Simeur; and sisters-in-law, Kathy and Jim Bowman, and Margaret and George Walton; along with many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and a sister, Bonnie Sanfratello.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at Brown-Jensen Funeral Home in Manteno. Her service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Deselm Cemetery.
