A Pittsburgh man who previously did federal time on drug charges is accused of heroin and fentanyl trafficking, U.S. Attorney Scott Brady said Wednesday.

Kevin Livsey, 31, committed the crimes in April and May while on supervised release following a federal sentence for prior heroin trafficking, prosecutors say.

Livsey could get 20 years to life in prison, a fine of $4.5 million, or both, authorities said.
