November 14, 2019 GMT

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 14, 2019--

Revature, the industry leader in technology talent development and the largest employer of entry-level technology talent in the United States, today announced their partnership and status as an Authorized Training Partner with Pegasystems Inc., (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company empowering digital transformation at the world’s leading enterprises. The partnership will train a growing talent pool of certified professionals who can deliver digital transformation to clients by leveraging Pega’s industry-leading technology.

Through the partnership, Revature will use the low-code Pega Platform TM to create a customized training program that equips participants with the skills necessary to develop and implement digital solutions for enterprise customers. At the successful completion of the interactive program, participants will earn a Pega certification and gain employment opportunities as consultants for Pega’s industry-leading enterprise clients, who have an immediate need for talent.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Pega to create an ecosystem that helps us bridge skill gaps and create a talent pipeline for companies undergoing digital transformation,” said Ashwin Bharath, Chief Executive Officer at Revature. “Pega has been at the forefront of defining digital transformation. Including their software as part of our curriculum is a key milestone to ensure that we continue to develop and produce top-tier technology talent.”

As the recognized leader in cloud software for customer engagement and operational excellence, Pega’s adaptive, cloud-architected software – built on its unified Pega Platform – empowers people to rapidly deploy and easily extend and change applications to meet strategic business needs.

“This partnership with Revature will help us bring even more quality Pega experts into our growing developer ecosystem,” said Eric Musser, Vice President, Partner Ecosystems, Pegasystems. “Revature’s comprehensive training program has already yielded highly skilled Pega professionals who are successfully driving projects both with clients and our consulting partners to help our clients achieve breakthrough results.”

The training program has already created a skilled talent pool in its first year and plans to continue and grow the program to ultimately generate hundreds of Pega-certified system architects and senior system architects on a yearly basis.
