Movie Minute: ‘The Disaster Artist,’ ‘Just Getting Started’ hit theaters

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- With “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” set to hit theaters a week from today, studios have been tiptoeing around that behemoth of a film’s Dec. 15 release date.

So, this weekend we get “The Disaster Artist,” the true story about the making of “The Room,” known as the best worst film ever made. Also, Morgan Freeman and Tommy Lee Jones team up in the senior citizen action comedy “Just Getting Started.”

While it’s been our for a few weeks, it’s our first chance to give you a glimpse of “Last Flag Flying,” a touching drama starring Steve Carell, Bryan Cranston and Laurence Fishburne, who play characters previously seen on the big screen in 1973′s “The Last Detail.”
