Suspected Bucks County bomber charged with child porn

A Quakertown man suspected of building and detonating a series of bombs in Bucks County this spring now faces child pornography charges.

David Surman Jr., 30, was arraigned Wednesday after surrendering to police. He was freed after posting 10 percent of his $500,000 bail, and is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 23.
