Teladoc Health Providing Free Health Visits to Those Impacted by California Wildfires

PURCHASE, NY, Nov. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teladoc Health, the global leader in virtual care, announces that the company is providing free, 24/7 telehealth visits to those displaced by the California fires currently devastating many parts of the state. Access to care by the Teladoc network of board-certified, state licensed physicians for many non-emergency illnesses is available by calling 855-225-5032.

What service is being offered?: Free general medical care visits. Among those adult and pediatric conditions that can be effectively diagnosed and treated are respiratory infections, sinus conditions, fevers, allergies, cold and flu symptoms, UTIs, minor cuts and scrapes, and many other non-emergency illnesses.

Who is qualified to receive care: Anyone who has been displaced by the fires, both Teladoc members and non-members alike. For emergencies, always call 911.
