Hesperia man sentenced for breaking and entering
Roy James Alltop, 47, 3745 S. 132nd Ave., Hesperia, was sentenced to probation for two years and one year in jail on a charge of breaking and entering into a building with intent, in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday.
Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola stated that many of Alltop’s offense stem from his drug abuse issues.
“Mr. Alltop has committed offenses primarily in Oceana County,” Spaniola said. “In order to obtain money for his drug problem and the drug problem of his girlfriend.”
He has eight prior misdemeanors and a felony on his record.
