Houston St. Agnes senior Shelby Echols pitched a six-hit shutout and drove in the winning run as the Tigers blanked Incarnate Word 3-0 on Friday in the TAPPS Division I state semifinals at Crosby High School.Incarnate Word’s streak of four straight state titles was snapped.Echols had singled in a run in the bottom of the first, and that was all the support she needed.
