Halloween and fall festival events

Halloween

n The Herald and News invites all the little costumed ghouls and goblins to come trick-or-treat at our office, at 2701 Foothills Blvd., from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday.

n Malin Merchants will hold a Halloween Parade at 3:30 p.m. Monday on Broadway Street in Malin, starting from the front of Kalina’s Hardware Store.

n Running Y Halloween Spooktacular, 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Running Y Convention Center. Included will be games for children, a cake walk, a haunted hotel, $3 mini golf, festive food and beverages available for purchase, a pumpkin hunt, costume contest and trick-or-treating. Entrance to the event is $1 per person, with all door entry and mini golf proceeds to be donated to the Assistance League of the Klamath Basin for community projects for children.

n A Trunk or Treat will begin at 4 p.m. Monday at Peace Memorial Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 4431 S. Sixth St. Included will be classic cars on display and games and candy for children.

n A Trunk or Treat will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Merrill Presbyterian Church, 210 W. Second St. Included will be chili, hot chocolate, and a fundraising raffle.

n A Harvest Carnival will be hosted by Bonanza Community Church, 31550 Union St. in Bonanza, from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Included will be food, games, prizes and a cake walk.

n A Trunk or Treat will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nazarene Church in Lakeview. Included will be cars decorated with treats for the children.
