Two other employees also were honored: Lola Thompson, Employee of the Year, Behavioral Health; and Molly McMillan, Employee of the Year, McLeod Health Darlington.

Also, she provides her report with accuracy as she focuses on meaningful details.
“Patients often compliment Charlene for her compassion and attention. She is well versed with policies and procedures, and to work with her is a pleasure.”
Hanna has been with the McLeod Health Darlington team for seven months.
“Although Harley has only been a part of our team for a short time, she works as if she’s been performing her duties for years,” Page said. “No task is too difficult for Harley to complete. She manages the most challenging tasks often with a smile.
“She knows her mission; she is here for our patients, and she consistently demonstrates compassion. On several occasions, Harley will cover staffing needs without a second thought. She is a gem.”
These staff members were presented their awards during a special ceremony celebrating Mission, Vision and Values Week, a McLeod Health celebration honoring employees during National Hospital Week.
