N.J. inmate charged with plotting to have his lawyer kidnapped, shot in a woods
An inmate at the Ocean County (N.J.) Jail has been charged with conspiracy for allegedly offering to pay $30,000 to have his lawyer kidnapped, taken to a wooded area, and shot in the head, and then have the body set on fire and the remains disposed of in a body of water.

Michael Nocera, 43, of Beachwood, N.J., who had been in custody since late August on charges of aggravated sexual assault, child pornography, and endangering a child, all involving a victim under age 13, talked about what he wanted done to his lawyer while he was an inmate, according to Al Della Fave, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
