Man accused of holding woman, child in Bedford Dwellings apartment surrenders to SWAT
A woman and child were briefly held against their will after two brothers got into a fight Tuesday night at the Bedford Dwellings apartment complex in the Hill District, according to city police.
Police say the woman and child, who were not identified, were in the apartment when Adrian Rosser, 22, began fighting with his brother, whose name was not released.
The unidentified brother then left the apartment to call 911, police said.
When officers arrived, Rosser released the woman and child but refused to come out of the apartment, police said.
Rosser surrendered to the city’s SWAT team and was charged with unlawful restraint.
