Wakefield Police Seek Missing Man with Ties to Lowell, Chelmsford

WAKEFIELD -- Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man who has ties to Chelmsford and Lowell.

On May 1, Wakefield Police received a missing-persons report for Clifford Bates, 53.

Bates has ties to Chelmsford, Lowell and Concord, according to police.

He’s a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 140 pounds, with blackish-gray hair.
