AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) _ Third-string quarterback Brad Lebo ran for one touchdown and threw a TD pass to Ernie Jones as the Amsterdam Admirals beat the London Monarchs 17-7 Saturday in the World League of American Football.

The game was marred by a brawl between the teams with a minute left as Monarchs players attacked Admirals celebrating an interception in the Amsterdam in the end zone.

Terrence Wisdom and Chris Luneburg of the Monarchs and Mike Anderson of the Admirals were ejected. London’s Horace Morris had been thrown out earlier.

Jones caught a 7-yard pass from Lebo to give the Admirals a 7-0 halftime lead.

T.C. Wright’s 60-yard run to the London 2 set up a 1-yard run by Lebo, who was playing because of injuries to Jamie Martin and Will Furrer.

Quarterback Brad Johnson found running back Tony Brooks with a TD pass to bring the Monarchs back into the game at 14-7. Terry Belden’s field goal closed out the scoring.

The Admirals (8-1) have clinched a place in the World Bowl because of their 5-0 first half season. It will be played in Amsterdam’s Olympic Stadium June 17.
