Surveys available for Norfolk residents
Norfolk residents have the opportunity to provide their feedback on a survey that has been put together by the City of Norfolk and a national polling firm.
The purpose of the survey is to provide a baseline of how the city is serving its residents, to better gauge perceptions of the city, and to make comparisons with peer local government agencies.
In late April, a random and scientific sample of 1,600 households were invited to take the survey by mail. As of Tuesday, a version of the survey will be available online, allowing all residents to voice their opinions.
The online survey can be found at http://bit.ly/2018norfolksurvey. The results from the online respondents will be analyzed separately from the random and scientific sample.
The City of Norfolk is working with the National Research Center, Inc. on what’s being called the National Citizen Survey.
