Greenwich woman charged by NYPD for bomb possession
GREENWICH — Media reports in New York City say a Greenwich woman was arrested in midtown Manhattan for allegedly being in possession of a Molotov cocktail.
On Friday night, according to an account from CBS New York, Ludivine Baugier DeChevestre, 24, was accused of trying to set fire to a liquid-filled bottle in Times Square. She was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
DeChevestre was taken to Mount Sinai West Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, according to media accounts.
In November of 2015, DeChevestre was arrested in Greenwich. Greenwich police pulled her over on West Putnam Avenue and charged her with driving while intoxicated. She gave an address on Riversville Road at the time.
