Stine’s Monsterville: Cabinet of Souls — When the Hall of Horrors show arrives in Danville, several high school friends can’t wait to get scared in this 2015 teen horror comedy. As they make their way through the carnival, however, they gradually discover the showman (Andrew Kavadas) and his company actually are trapping and feeding off the souls of lost young people. Dove Cameron (Disney’s “Descendants”) and Katherine McNamara (“Shadowhunters — The Mortal Instruments”) star.
8 p.m., LIFETIME: Amish Witches: The True Story of Holmes County — After a reality film crew comes to Holmes County, Ohio, to film a documentary on an isolated Amish sect, production is shut down after an Amish witch is killed, in this new thriller that’s filmed in the “found footage” style of “The Blair Witch Project.” After her funeral, some of her young friends ask the crew to help them document on film the bizarre events that have started to torment them. It soon becomes clear that a malevolent force has truly deadly intentions.
9 p.m., BBC AMERICA: Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency — Poor Todd (Elijah Wood) finds himself dragged further (and very much against his will) into Dirk’s (Samuel Barnett) case as they learn more about who kidnapped Patrick Spring’s daughter, Lydia (Alison Thornton). As mysterious figures come closer to colliding, incidents culminate in a bizarre hostage exchange during which a corgi is tossed off a high bridge. Hannah Marks, Richard Schiff and Jade Eshete also star.
9 p.m., STARZ: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies — In 19th-century England, Elizabeth Bennet, mistress of martial arts and weaponry, teams up with zombie killer Mr. Darcy to battle the undead in this 2016 adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s 2009 literary mash-up of Jane Austen and horror flicks. Bella Heathcote, Lily James and Sam Riley star.
9 p.m., SYFY CHANNEL: The Night Before Halloween — A Halloween prank goes wrong, unleashing a relentless creature that will hunt down all of the participants — unless they can find out how to pass that curse along to someone else.
