Tamara K. (Staudacher) Miller, 55, of Bourbonnais, passed away Sunday (March 3, 2019) peacefully at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born Oct. 10, 1963, in Chicago Heights, the daughter of Marvin and Gail (Clarke) Staudacher. Tamara married Jim Miller on March 31, 1995.
Tami enjoyed gardening and working on puzzles. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
Surviving are her husband, Jim Miller, of Bourbonnais; one son, Michael Miller, of Arizona; two daughters and one son-in-law, Jennifer and Jake Howell, of Arizona, and Lauren Miller, of Arizona; three grandchildren, Hannah Howell, Grace Howell and Taylor Miller; one aunt; and two uncles.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation will be from 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, until the 3 p.m. memorial service at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Dr. Stephen Bearden will officiate the service.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Kankakee County Humane Foundation.
