Byrd, M.D., Brian Koffman, M.D., Christopher Dwyer and Lisa Minkove as the winners of its first annual Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Heroes awards ceremony. The gala will be held on Sunday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m. at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego during the 60 th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting and Exposition.
