Hallador Energy: 4Q Earnings Snapshot
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) _ Hallador Energy Co. (HNRG) on Monday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $59 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Terre Haute, Indiana-based company said it had a loss of $1.95 per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 8 cents per share.
The coal, oil and gas producer posted revenue of $78.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $58.9 million, or $1.95 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $323.5 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company’s shares hit 81 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $5.13.
