Food bank delivery stops

The Somerset County Mobile Food Bank has released its delivery schedule for this week. Members of qualified households can receive food once this month at one of the following locations:

Wednesday

11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at 231 Center St., Boswell; 1 to 1:30 p.m. at the Hooversville Community Building; 2 to 2:30 p.m. at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church, just off the Davidsville exit on Route 219; 3:30 to 4 p.m. at the Windber Calvary United Methodist Church, 1800 Stockholm Ave.

Thursday

12:30 to 1 p.m. at 600 W. Main St., Rockwood; 2 to 2:30 p.m. at the Confluence Borough Building; 5 to 6 p.m. at the Somerset Area Junior High School. Do not arrive before 4 p.m. at the Somerset location.

Volunteers are needed at all distribution sites and to help load and unload the truck. Volunteers should arrive at the distribution site 20 minutes early. All jobs are outside.
