Williams reflects on 21 years as city manager
SCOTTVILLE — For Amy Williams, it’s always been about the people.

“The thing I’ll miss most is working with some great people, especially my staff,” Williams told the Daily News. “My fondest memories are of the people I’ve gotten to know and work with.
“Between commissioners, staff and residents I’ve met some of the most passionate, kind-hearted people. Although we may not have always agreed on things, we were all doing what we thought was best for Scottville.”
