3 dead in northern Va. home; police suspect murder-suicide
SPRINGFIELD, Va. (AP) — Police believe a northern Virginia man shot and killed himself after fatally shooting his wife and another man inside a suburban home.
Fairfax County Police say they were called to the home on Cromwell Drive in Springfield at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday. Police say as many as 10 people were in the home at the time of the shooting, including several children.
Preliminarily, police say they believe 45-year-old Santos Vladimir Ralda of Springfield shot his wife, 40-year-old Floridalma Youlanda Perez Diaz, and 20-year-old Nathanael Owen Cooper of Culloden, West Virginia, after an argument. Police say Cooper was acquainted with the couple.
