EXCHANGE-HORSESHOES CLUB

HOUSTON, Pa. _ The game of horseshoes might not be as popular as it once was in Washington County, but since the late 1940s, a horseshoe club in Chartiers Township has kept the sport alive. CHILD CUSTODY EXCHANGE-SHOOTING _ Authorities say a man was shot several times by his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend during a child custody exchange.

POLICE PURSUIT-SHOTS FIRED _ A lengthy police pursuit that included state troopers shooting at the driver ended when the man crashed in a lumber yard and was subdued with a stun gun.

MISSING WOMAN _ The search continues for a missing western Pennsylvania woman after police discovered blood in her bed and a masked person using her debit card.

BRUSH FIRES _ Authorities are offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to the person who started several brush fires on Alden Mountain in Luzerne County.

PATCO-OVERNIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES _ PATCO will run fewer trains and close seven stations in Philadelphia and southern New Jersey under a new overnight schedule that will put a police officer on each train.

TORONTO_ The Raptors hope another big effort by Kawhi Leonard can put them one win away from an Eastern Conference Finals berth when they host the 76ers in Game 5 of their second round series.
