LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 24, 2019--VCA Animal Hospitals has committed to helping federal employees with pets obtain continued access to veterinary care, despite not receiving their paychecks. Flexible payment options for federal employees with a government identification are being made available at over 700 VCA animal hospitals in the United States until the shutdown is over.
