Longmont City Council will not consider changes at tonight’s meeting to the fees the city charges people seeking copies of local criminal justice records.

The Public Safety Department has pulled the item from tonight’s council agenda after discovering that the resolution containing the proposed changes did not include all the revisions staff will be asking the council to adopt, according to Stacy Hughes, the department’s records supervisor.

She said the measure will be rescheduled for council consideration at a future meeting.

The City Council last updated Longmont’s schedule of criminal justice records fees in August 2008.
