4imprint® releases The State of Team-building 2018 eBook
OSHKOSH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 13, 2018--According to a nationwide survey conducted by promotional products retailer 4imprint, a staggering 95 percent of employees work in teams some or all of the time, while 45 percent of organizations provide tools and technology to support teamwork. How teams are supported and trained is the subject of 4imprint’s new eBook, The State of Team-building 2018.
4imprint’s 2018 nationwide survey of human resources and training professionals looks at who is trained on teamwork, what types of training take place and how organizations across a variety of industries use training and promotional products to encourage and improve teamwork in their organizations.
Among the findings:Forty-eight percent of team-building activities take place on-site. Forty-five percent of organizations are providing tools and technology for teamwork. Fifty-one percent of companies provide communication training to improve teamwork. Almost half of respondents use logoed apparel as a team-building giveaway.

Results found in this eBook are based on a survey of 309 respondents that was collected from May 7, 2018 to June 29, 2018.
