Oct. 30

Samantha Zitterkopf, 22, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 31

Richard A. Stovall Jr, 53, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 18 months license revocation and fined $1,250 on charges of driving under the influence (BAC over .15) and driving under suspension.

Kyler Worth, 25, was sentenced to one day in jail, 12 months probation, one year license revocation and fined $1,515 on a charge of driving under the influence (BAC over .15), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Larry L. Mason, 61, was sentenced to 45 days jail on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 5

7:38 a.m. — Officers were on patrol in the 1900 block of Avenue K. Officers observed Andrew Lintz 30, and a traffic stop was initiated. Lintz was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

7:54 a.m. — Officers were dispatched to Bluffs Middle School (27 E. 23rd St.) in reference a fight not in progress. Two juveniles, ages 13 and 14, were cited on charges of disorderly conduct fighting by mutual consent.

10:20 a.m. — In the 1500 block of East 15th Street, an officer investigated the theft of items from a camper parked in a yard next to a residence. Investigation is ongoing.

11:42 a.m. — In the 1600 block of S. Beltline Highway, officers received a report of people shooting signs behind the zoo with either an airgun or

Rifle. Officers arrived and made contact with Jairo Rodriguez 18, Adam Soto, 18, and two juveniles. Two BB guns and a small amount of marijuana were seized. All four were issued citations and released.

12:21 p.m. — Officers responded to a residence in the 1600 block of South Beltline regarding a disturbance at an apartment at Second Avenue and E. 15th Street. Officers made contact with a woman. No arrests or citations were noted in the report.

4:12 p.m. — An officer responded to an injury accident at E. 20th Street and Circle Drive. Both drivers refused care and both vehicles were driven away from the scene. Tyler Fedorchik was cited for failure to yield right of way.

4:27 p.m. — An officer made contact with 2 employees at Arby’s, 600 block of W. 27th Street, involving a disturbance they were involved in. No arrests or citations were noted.

10:18 p.m. — An officer witnessed a man walking in the 1100 Blk of 15th Ave who had a active warrant. Erick Nava Suarez, 37, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Nov. 6

10:11 a.m. — Police received a child abuse and neglect report that was investigated by the Gering Police Department.

10:14 a.m. — Police received a child abuse/neglect report that is under investigation by the Department of Health and Human Services.

11:03 a.m. — Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Third Avenue in reference to a report of domestic assault. A suspect was identified and the investigation was reported as ongoing as of the date of the report.
