Minivan driver injured in crash with train in Larimore
LARIMORE, N.D. (AP) — An Arvilla man was hospitalized after crashing his minivan into a train in Grand Forks County.
The Highway Patrol says the 48-year-old man was traveling on state Highway 18 when he collided with the BNSF Railway train at a crossing in Larimore about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday.
He was taken to a Grand Forks hospital with undisclosed injuries. His name wasn’t immediately released.
No one on the freight train was hurt, and the train stayed on the tracks.
