Segment Named One of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces in 2019
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Segment, the customer data infrastructure company, has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019. The magazine works in partnership with Quantum Workplace, a leading HR technology company, to produce an annual ranking of the best companies to work for in the private sector in the United States.
Inc. Magazine surveyed employees at nearly 2,000 companies to identify organizations that have created truly exceptional workplaces. Each participating company took part in an employee survey on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data, identifying 346 winning companies.
Segment earned an overall score of 92.54 out of 100 points. 90% of employees surveyed feel that they are highly engaged in the workplace, and 92% believe that senior leaders value people as Segment’s most important resource.
