Can you buy the LeBron shoes J.R. Smith wore in his breakout game?

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Welcome back, J.R. Smith.

After sloshing through a rough start to the season, Cavaliers sharpshooter busted out for 20 points (including 5-for-7 from downtown) in a huge win Tuesday over the Milwaukee Bucks.

One reason for the big game? As Mars Blackmon would say, “It’s gotta be the shoes.”

In fact, that’s exactly what sneaker mogul LeBron James said after game.

“He finally decided to wear my shoes. After a long conversation we finally decided to wear them and he had a breakout game,” James said of his teammate affectionately known as Swish.

The pair of shoes Smith wore against the Bucks comes from the new LeBron 15 signature line by Nike. The black with wine accents colorway, known as “Pride of Ohio” or “Pride of the Land,” debuted at the Nike pop-up downtown last month and quickly sold out.

Need a pair right now? Unless you’re willing to pay above retail on eBay, StockX or other sneaker reselling sites, you’ll have to wait a few days. They’re not scheduled to hit stores until Nov. 18, according to Sole Collector. In fact, the only LeBron 15s currently available is the black “Ashes” colorway. The shoes, which retail for $185, feature a version of Nike’s Flyknit designed to James’ specifications called Battleknit.
