1955-2019

Heaven gained an amazing angel when Jeff Carter was called home on February 6, 2019 surrounded by his wife and children. He was born October 8, 1955 in Payson, Utah to Bill and Jeanine Carter. He married the love of his life, Pat Anderson, in the Manti Temple on September 4, 1975. Together they have two sons, two daughters, and one angel daughter.

Jeff was employed by Nebo School District for 30 years. He enjoyed his current position as the maintenance supervisor and made many lasting friendships over the years.

Jeff loved his grandchildren and had a special bond with each one of them. Madison and Braiden Mendenhall, Kinsley, Mayley and Kale Smith, and Lexi and Gavin Carter loved having Grandpa supporting them in all their many activities. He was their biggest fan!

Jeff is survived by his wife, Pat Carter, and their children Michelle (Todd) Sperry, Chad (Jessica) Carter, Emily (Keaton) Smith, and Justin (Aspen) Carter all residing in Santaquin. He is also survived by his father, Bill Carter, brothers Clair (Cindy) Carter and Marc (Chris) Carter. He is preceded in death by his daughter Kimberly, mother Jeanine, and brother and sister-in-law Randy (Connie) Carter.
