FATAL CHRISTMAS EVE FIRE _ Firefighters say a 3-year-old child has died in a Christmas Eve house fire in the northwestern Colorado town of Craig.

PROPANE SHORTAGE-COLORADO _ Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper has declared a disaster emergency because of a propane shortage that could leave 33,000 customers without enough fuel in the midst of winter.

RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED ROBBER _ Police in northern Colorado say a woman wearing a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer mask robbed a business in Fort Collins a week before Christmas.

SKIER DEATH _ The coroner is investigating the death of a 52-year-old man who was found unconscious and not breathing at the bottom of a ski run at Colorado’s Keystone Resort. The Summit County Sheriff’s Office says there’s no indication the skier had a collision with any object Saturday afternoon.

PANHANDLE CRASH _ Authorities say a 27-year-old Denver man died after his vehicle struck a building in the Nebraska Panhandle. The crash occurred a little after 10 p.m. Saturday in Henry, about a mile (2 kilometers) east of the Wyoming state line.

NORAD TRACKS SANTA _ Volunteers dressed in Christmas hats and military uniforms are taking calls from children around the world who want to know when Santa will be coming. AP Photos planned.

INTERSTATE CRASH-NEBRASKA _ Authorities say a Colorado girl died in a crash along Interstate 80 in western Nebraska. Station KRVN reports that the accident occurred east of Ogallala around 4 p.m. Saturday.
