FRONTIER AIRLINES-PILOTS — Frontier Airlines pilots could be close to reaching a new contract after over two years of talks.
SWASTIKA PROTEST— Residents are speaking out against the display of a swastika flag in a western Colorado community. About 70 people marched to a home in Fruita (FROO’-tuh) Sunday and rallied across the street for about two hours. They chanted anti-Nazi slogans and some held signs with profanities in the city of about 13,000.
COLORADO WEATHER — Many schools in and around Colorado Springs are closed after nearly a foot (0.3 meters) of snow fell in parts of the city.
SKI AREAS OPENING — Vail and Beaver Creek mountains will join other Colorado resorts in opening early for the 2018-19 season.
POLAR BEAR-ZOO — The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has acquired an addition to its polar bear family.
