Woman, 20, charged in crash that killed road worker in Montco

A 20-year-old Montgomery County woman who was rushing to work when her crashed into a work crew, killing one man and injuring another in September, has been charged with homicide by vehicle, prosecutors said Friday.

Luciana Stock, of Souderton, was late driving to work shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 5 and had reached down below her radio for her cigarettes when she plowed her 2000 Oldsmobile Alero into a Franconia Township work crew that had been painting roadway markings on the 300 block of West Broad Street, prosecutors said.
