TENNESSEE- DEFENSIVE FOCUS
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. _ The Volunteers believe they must improve their defense if they want to stay atop the Top 25. The only other time Tennessee ascended to No. 1 in men’s basketball was in 2008, and it lost at Vanderbilt in its first game ranked as the nation’s top team.
