Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches are expected. * WHERE...Mason, Oceana and Muskegon counties. * WHEN...From noon Thursday to noon EST Friday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for whiteout conditions at times due to heavy snow.
