Jo’Siya Armani Livingston, 2 months and 9 days old, of Kankakee, passed away Wednesday (Oct. 3, 2018) at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.
He was born July 25, 2018, at Comers Childrens Hospital in Chicago, the son of Steven Livingston and Iesha Williams.
Jo’Siya loved to eat and be loved on. He also loved his special pillow.
Surviving are his parents, of Kankakee; his sisters, Jazsman, Ja’wuan and Jaxaveia; his brothers, Steven Jr., Stephon, Shannon, La’Kayla and La’Kyla; maternal grandparents, Tonya Jefferson, of Florida, and Phillip Williams, of Florida; paternal grandparents, Brenda Hullum, of Kankakee, and John Russell, of South Bend, Ind.; his “aunties,” Ania Jefferson and Ezra Stevenson, both of Florida, Shaquita Russell, Sierra Russell and Sharicus Livingston, all of Kankakee; along with many cousins.
Preceding him in death were his great-grandmother, Beatrice Jefferson; his great-grandfather, Joe Hullum; and his cousin, Kaleb Elam.
Visitation will be from noon Wednesday, Oct. 10, until the 2 p.m. funeral service at Church of Motivation in Kankakee. Cremation rites will be accorded following the service. Inurnment will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, in Mound Grove Cemetery in Kankakee.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
