Richards, Lininger, Kreitzberg named to AFWA boards

Renée M. Richards, CPA, has been named vice president of the 2017-2018 national board of directors for the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance. Richards is a CPA and sole practitioner at Renée M. Simmons, PC, a public accounting firm providing tax, financial statement, bookkeeping, payroll and controllership services in the Billings area. An AFWA member since 2004 and lifetime member of AFWA, Richards has served on the Billings chapter board of directors as a regional director and has served on the national board of directors since 2013. Richards is also a member of the Montana Society of CPAs and serves on the audit committee of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Absarokee.

Christie Lininger has been named treasurer of the 2017-2018 Foundation of Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance board of directors. An AFWA member since 2006, Lininger has served on the board of the Billings chapter as well as the Foundation of AFWA. Lininger is also a member of Mardi Gras Montana for the Billings Food Bank. She is the owner of BookEnds Inc., a local bookkeeping and payroll service.

Gale Kreitzberg, CPA, has been named director of the 2017-2018 Foundation of Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance board of directors. An AFWA member since 1990, Kreitzberg has served in many positions at the local chapter and as a director of the national AFWA board. Kreitzberg is also a member of the Magic City Optimists and Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
