n Today, the Portneuf Sangha will examine ways to apply the Buddha’s teachings, the Dharma, to everyday life. This week, participants are invited to bring a short reading or a quote to share and discuss. The Portneuf Sangha and Meditation Center is located at 424 West Lewis Street. The morning begins at 10 a.m. with a thirty-minute silent meditation period with guidance offered for those who would like it. Following the meditation, participants will read and discuss their selections. Light refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome, regardless of meditation experience, and chairs are available, or you may bring your own cushion. There is no charge, and donations are welcomed.
