Bullhead City man accused of sex with underage girl
KINGMAN — A Bullhead City man was indicted Thursday on three counts of sexual conduct with an underage girl.
A Mohave County grand jury indicted Dante Maurice Phillips, 21, on the three counts of sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 15. He is expected to be arraigned on the charges Thursday before Superior Court Commissioner Billy Sipe Jr.
Phillips is being held in county jail on a $10,000 bond.
Phillips, who was 20 years old at the time of the incident listed in the indictment, allegedly had sexual intercourse in November with a 14-year-old girl at his home while knowing her age. The victim told police that she had told the suspect her age, Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said.
