Jerry Lee Green, 44, was out on bail and wearing an ankle monitor when Alaska State Troopers said they arrested him for the second time Wednesday after a 10-mile (16-kilometer) pursuit.
"It was a mad chase down the road and he got arrested again," said Fairbanks District Attorney Greggory Olson.

2 teenage boys charged in caribou harassment, killing

The boys, aged 16 and 17, are facing charges including harassment and taking a bull caribou during a closed season.

Berington was training dogs belonging to musher Tom Knolmayer, who was ahead of her with other dogs.
16 soldiers in 2 vans crash on Parks Highway; no one injured
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Sixteen Fort Wainwright soldiers and other motorists escaped injury in a four-vehicle crash on the Parks Highway.
The crash occurred late Friday morning at Mile 169 about 40 miles (64 kilometers) south of Cantwell.
Alaska State Troopers say 26-year-old Logan Haga was driving a van carrying eight other soldiers. He was followed by a van driven by 23-year-old Derek Madrid carrying six other soldiers.
Search for climbers’ remains on Mendenhall Towers suspended
JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — The terrain around the remains of two climbers who died eight months ago while scaling the Mendenhall Towers is still too treacherous to access, rescue officials said.
The area is exposed to rockfall and icefall and contains deep crevasses, and now it's covered by snow again, according to a news release from the nonprofit organization Juneau Mountain Rescue.
