MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Reginald Gee scored 17 points as Alabama State beat Alabama A&M 68-62 on Saturday.
Leon Daniels and Tobi Ewuosho added 15 points each for the Hornets (10-13, 8-4 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Jacoby Ross, who was second on the Hornets in scoring heading into the contest with 14 points per game, was held to five points on 2-of-11 shooting.

NORMAL, Ala. (AP) — Brandon Miller had 18 points to lead five Alabama A&M players in double figures as the Bulldogs got past Mississippi Valley State 78-63 on Saturday night.
Tre Todd and Jalen Reeder added 14 points apiece for the Bulldogs. Andre Kennedy chipped in 13 points, and Gerron Scissum had 11. Reeder also had six rebounds for the Bulldogs.

Bruce was 13 of 19 from the field overall for the Tigers (9-19, 9-6 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Demontrae Jefferson added 28 points with 10 assists and Cainan McClelland had 10. Marquis Salmon led the team with 10 rebounds in addition to his six points.

NORMAL, Ala. (AP) — Branden Johnson scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and Alabama State extended its winning streak to three games, beating Alabama A&M 69-50 on Saturday night.
Tobi Ewuosho added 12 points for the Hornets (6-18, 6-6 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Ed Jones scored 11 points.
Alabama State shot 50 percent from the field compared to 38 percent for Alabama A&M.
Mississippi Valley State beats Alabama A&M 77-67
ITTA BENA, Miss. (AP) — Jordan Evans had 23 points on Monday night and Mississippi Valley State overcame a 13-point, first-half deficit to beat Alabama A&M 77-67.
The Delta Devils (2-22, 2-9 Southwestern Athletic Conference) took control in the middle of the second half with a 16-3 run to lead 58-50. The Bulldogs (2-22, 2-9) cut the deficit to 59-55 but got no closer than five down the stretch.

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — Treshawn Bolden scored 18 points and had 10 rebounds and his go-ahead layup with 1:42 left gave Jackson State a 59-56 win over Alabama A&M on Wednesday night.
