Indian Wells tennis to feature all top 75 men and women
INDIAN WELLS, Calif. (AP) — The BNP Paribas Open will include all of the top 75 ranked men's and women's players in the world, including defending champions Juan Martin del Potro and Naomi Osaka.
The tournament runs March 4-17 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in the Southern California desert.
Del Potro skipped the Australian Open while recovering from a knee injury, but he is on the entry list for Indian Wells.

PERTH, Australia (AP) — Roger Federer won the Hopman Cup for a record third time after defending champion Switzerland beat Germany 2-1 on Saturday.
Switzerland took its fourth Hopman Cup title overall when Federer and Belinda Bencic beat Alexander Zverev and Angelique Kerber 4-0, 1-4, 4-3 (4) in the Fast4 format in the mixed doubles decider.
In the men's singles, Federer defeated fourth-ranked Zverev 6-4, 6-2.
Germany beats Australia to reach Hopman Cup final
PERTH, Australia (AP) — Angelique Kerber and Alexandar Zverev sent Germany into the Hopman Cup final with straight-sets victories over Ash Barty and Matt Ebden of Australia on Friday.
Kerber defeated Barty 6-4, 6-4 to give Germany the lead and Zverev followed with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Ebden to set up a rematch of last year's final against Switzerland.
The Australian pair later combined for a consolation 4-0, 4-3 (1) win in the mixed doubles against Kerber and Zverev.
