WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) — The man accused of murdering British tourist Grace Millane in New Zealand will continue to keep his name secret while a judge decides whether he can be publicly identified.
The 27-year-old man appeared Thursday in Auckland's High Court. His lawyer argued his name should continue to be kept secret so he can get a fair trial, according to Radio New Zealand. A judge said he would announce a decision later.
Sandgren, Norrie to meet in Auckland final
AUCKLAND, New Zealand (AP) — Tennys Sandgren is heading to the Australian Open in career-best form after beating Philipp Kohlschreiber 6-4, 6-2 to reach the ASB Classic final on Friday.
Sandgren beat former champion Kohlschreiber to play in his second ATP Tour final, after the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships last April.
In Saturday's final he will face British wild card Cameron Norrie who reached his first ATP final by defeating Jan-Lennard Struff 7-5. 4-6, 6-3.

AUCKLAND, New Zealand (AP) — Defending champion Roberta Bautista Agut has joined fellow Doha finalist Tomas Berdych in withdrawing from the Auckland ATP Tour event which starts Monday.
Bautista Agut was to be the fifth seed at the Auckland tournament, the ASB Classic, but pulled out after reaching the Doha final in which he beat Berdych 6-4, 3-6, 6-3.
His appearance in the final meant there was insufficient time to travel to Auckland for his first-round match.

Police said the body was in a forested area about 10 meters (33 feet) from the side of the road in the Waitakere Ranges near Auckland.
Tourist Grace Millane has been missing since Dec. 1, and failed to contact her family on her birthday Dec. 2.
